Character development

03

Equipping Leaders

Preparing our students to recognize their God given gifts and be sent out to use those gifts to advance the kingdom.

Raising up disciples who make disciples

Rooted in
Scripture

As the Bible reveals God's purpose for humanity, we are diligent in becoming men and women who know and rightly apply the word of God.

People of Prayer

Just like the Heroes of Faith knew how to personally connect with God, we provide an environment where everyone can pray and hear from God for themselves.

Sons & Daughters

At Oceans College, our heart is to raise up spiritual sons and daughters of the house that walk in the benefits of being planted and rooted under Jesus’ authority, and the covering of healthy spiritual mothers and fathers.

Our Pastors

Pastor Mark & Pastor Rachelle Francey

When we look at Orange County, we don’t just see a beautiful landscape placed between the mountains and the
ocean—we see a region filled with 3.2 million people who are designed to both be in a relationship with God and grow with a community of believers.

Our heart with building Oceans Church is not just to have an excellent church with music and a message, but to create a space for individuals and families to draw close to God and His people.

We don’t claim to be perfect, but we do promise to give all we have to make a way for people to experience God. We pray Oceans Church would be overflowing with those who both know God and know what He created them to do.

We learned how to build a healthy church through our family at Capital Church in Boise, Idaho, and we have our eyes set on building an Oceans Church campus in every major port city across the world.

Pastor Joel &
Pastor Melanie Foust

Pastors Joel and Melanie Foust have been in ministry together for nearly 20 years, pastoring in youth and young adults, as well as corporately. They are the Associate Pastors at Oceans Church, and have helped lead Oceans College since day one. They are passionate about training up disciples whose lives are visibly marked by freedom, godly purpose, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
